We woke up at a bright and early 7:45am, to a very nice breakfast kindly cooked by Paul and Shelley, then we headed off on an adventure too the Everglades, on a hovercraft with a very knowledgeable captain called Chris, there we spotted 2 alligators, one 8 foot long and a baby one. We also spotted 4 iguanas and 8 vultures and the odd duck. Afterwards we had the opportunity to watch a gator show with a very brave "stupid" guy who put his head in the mouth of a alligator. 
Soon after, followed a brutal training set, from the word go. "144 x 50's" off (50) !!!!!!!!!!!!
We were then given the opportunity for an additional training session Laura, Kelsie, Josh, Adam, Catherine, Hannah and Abbie. All took part. Before returning to camp to be greeted with a pasta bake.
(Adam has finally realised that he is on a training camp and not a holiday).
